THE BMC OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS TO FINALISE THE PURCHASE
After entering your card details and finalising the purchase, the amount will be charged on your card when your order leaves our warehouse. At this stage you will also be sent an email with the invoice attached confirming the amount paid. We do not save your credit/debit card number or card type.
Credit Card Authorisation Failures
The most common explanation for this error, is that you accidentally typed the billing address or card details incorrectly. If this happens, an error message will appear in red and you will be given the options to try again with the same or a different card.
If authorisation fails again and you are confident the details are correct, first check your VALID TO or EXPIRY dates shown on the front of your credit card. You could also call your credit card provider to inquire why it was not authorised. The security code on the back may be faded but must be entered correctly. VISA and MasterCard transactions may be subject to additional security measures involving the password you set. Contact your banking provider on the contact number displayed on the credit card for assistance.
