BMC Online CPAP Shop (our Shop site address) will accept returns of any unopened product within 10 days of the delivery date. A 15% return processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit corresponding to the difference will be issued. The delivery costs are not refundable. Please note that any open or used product cannot be returned. All things including product and accessory need be kept in a complete and brand-new state, without affecting secondary sales. BMC Online CPAP Shop will not reimburse the shipping costs unless we have made an error when processing the order or if we determine that the product is defective.
