Conditions for free delivery
The delivery costs are free for you for any order placed directly on the BMC Shop Website site or by postal order which fulfills the following conditions:
Most of the places where the logistics can reach, customer could enjoy free delivery,very few remote places require customers to pay remote fees, if the customer's address is in a remote area, our service team will contact the customer. Or if the customer is not sure whether to pay the remote fee, they can contact us in advance via email onlineshopbmc.hp@gmail.com or live Chat to confirm.
Approximate delivery time:
A minimum of 1 to 7 working days depending on the region.
Which country do we not ship to?
Yes. We will ship to any country in the world with the exception of the following countries:

Customs Duty/VAT/GST Policy
Customs duties/VAT/GST/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary according to the destination country, for clarity it is recommended to contact your local customs department.
- Order cancellations/refunds due to unpaid customs duties & taxes are NOT accepted. We are not liable for destination country customs duties or taxes. Order return requests for unpaid taxes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Discarded or abandoned orders due to unpaid customs duties & taxes are not accepted for return/refunds under any circumstances.
- We are not liable for orders stuck in destination country customs due to clearance issues, bureaucracy or documents that cannot be provided, although we work to provide any needed documentation ultimately we are not liable for lost orders and will not provide refunds for lost/stuck orders.
